Chapel of Saint Dorothea

The chapel of Saint Dorothea is a dignified setting for weddings, baptisms and other anniversaries. It is also a safe space for loss and grief, peace and reflection. The altarpiece is the nature outside, from low-key heather to majestic mountains and beautiful, wild Vestfjorden. The window bars form the cross. The altar is carved in granite. The chapel is decorated by Borgny Svalastog, has an electronic organ and about 20 seats.

Activities
The chapel offers silence, the greatest luxury and scarce commodity of our time. The chapel is located on a hill with a fantastic view. A beautiful place to see both the midnight sun and the northern lights. Art and culture within walking distance
